MYSTIC LOWELL

A dreary little water hole back off the beaten path of Lake Lowell, Nampa Idaho.
The idea was to make this scene appear as tranquil and mystic as possible working with several drab-like colors. Focusing on the tree details and soft lit leaves.

OWYHEE BADLAND SUMMER

A very mysterious location for photos at any time of the year. This is the overlook outside a small town in Idaho called Marsing.
The whispy blue cloudy skies, the rocky terrain and the green brush in the foreground all work well together.

SNAKE RIVER BRIDGE

Captured from a small park in Marsing Idaho.
The shadows shimmered under the bridge and gave way to beautiful reflections.

This photo would be beautiful in an office setting.

IN THE THICKET OF IT ALL

A thick tree line from front to back of Aspens.
I awaited the perfect light to make its appearance drawing you to the center of the Aspens.
The lighting had to be perfect, bright enough to stand out, but not to bright.
A true white balance was achieved by using a highlight tone priority feature in the camera, allowing a dynamic white to be seen but not over bright.

IN THE THICKET OF IT ALL (VERION TWO)

A wider angle gives the Aspens a greater depth with blue skies piercing through the upper trees.

A true white balance was achieved by using a highlight tone priority feature in the camera, allowing a dynamic white to be seen but not over bright.

TIMELESS

In a little town called Adrian, Oregon I found this barn perched upon the side of a hill. I awaited the correct lighting to create this magical picturesque scene.

A soft blue sky with green rolling hills and brick red color barn with a sunken roof contrasts well together.
